3 Lessons Learned From Collaborations

3 Lessons Learned From Collaborations

One of the most talked about ways to grow your email list, increase your online presence, build relationships/business buddies, establish authority and so on, is to collaborate. If you are a new blogger or getting your fit wet in the online business world, then you are probably left wondering, "what does collaboration mean?"

Really quick, collaborating is simply teaming up with another blogger, freelancer, or entrepreneur and working on a project together. This does not have to include an exchange of funds where one pays the other to collaborate together. As a matter of fact, no money has to be involved at all.

4 Ways To Package Services With Your Ideal Client In Mind

4 Ways To Package Services With Your Ideal Client In Mind

As I was outlining this post, I kept thinking about when I use to sell my product. The one thing I kept remembering was, I didn't sell my entire business. I didn't sell every product together for what I would seem like the ultimate deal. I sold individual products or I packaged liked products together to sell.

When I started my consultation services I grouped everything together with minimal explanation and called it a package. Does this sound familiar? I thought my ideal client will know exactly what I am offering them.

Wrong. False. Not happening.

You can see the madness here (I left it up for the sake of this post & the class offered on Wednesday, December 9th... see below).

Currently, I am repackaging my services page and revamping my packages for 2016. So, I thought this is the perfect time to show you the strategies I am using to pump up the volume on my packaged services.

Determine Your Who In 3 Steps

Determine Your Who In 3 Steps

I remember back when I started my organic smoothie and juice bar, I wanted to target everyone. I figured everyone needed a smoothie and juice in their life so why wouldn't I target as many people as possible. Wrong!!

I wasted money, time, and energy trying to cater to everyone. Do you know how many times I simplified my menu until I finally determined my who? I won't share the exact number but, it was a handful- or two!

I failed to account for many things. The most important was understanding the needs of my ideal client [ who ].

Once I narrowed down, my 'who' he looked something like this. Between the ages of 25-35 with an active lifestyle as a gym member and made an income of over $50,000. I immediately developed the clarity needed to minimize my day-to-day efforts.
